Anti-Inflammatory Tea

Beyond just giving our immune system a good boost, here is an article that shares all of the benefits of ginger.

In my recipe I use ground ginger, only because I don't have any ginger root on hand.

A lot is being said right now about Turmeric, it is a powerful anti-inflammatory and it helps to dull pain as well. Here is an article with more information.

Anti Inflammatory Tea

1 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger or 1 TB of fresh ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon of ascorbic acid or lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of stevia

Boil water and add spices, ascorbic acid or lemon juice, and sweetener. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.

Do not boil, because boiling will destroy the healing properties in the spices and juice.
Strain into a cup and sip.

This is an amazing healing tea!
