Homemade Italian Sausage

1 LB ground pork
1 TB red wine
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

1 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp fennel
pinch oregano

Mix together and freeze or let sit overnight in the fridge so the flavors combine well.

This is great to use in any Italian recipe that calls for ground meat.
