Fat Bombs


I have tried a lot of different kinds of fat bombs, and while I pretty much liked them all, these ones are 100% my favorite.

They are so easy to make, and the recipe is so versatile.

I first saw the recipe on Facebook by my friend Lauretta, and because I didn't have all the ingredients she used, I played with it and this is what I came up with:

1/4 c of Coconut Oil
1/4 c of Butter
1/4 c of cream cheese
This is a basic recipe - and from here you can add different things to make different flavors

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
1/4 c of peanut butter
2 TB of cocoa powder
4 TB of coconut flakes
1 TB of heavy whipping cream
5 drops of stevia

Lemon Cheesecake Fat Bombs
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/2 t ascorbic acid (or you can use 1/2 TB of lemon juice and use less sour cream so that it's not too liquidy)
1 TB of heavy whipping cream
4 TB of coconut flakes
5 drops of stevia

Mix and freeze about 1 hour (or until the mixture is solid enough to form balls). Form into balls and refrigerate.

You can also roll them in coconut flakes or ground walnuts.
