Week Two Meal Plan

This week I am going to try to do less food prep ahead of time, and instead do crock pot meals, making 2-3 times what I need and freezing the rest so that food prep later on is already done!

Monday -
Breakfast: 2 egg country scramble (recipe coming), fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Caveman Chili

Tuesday:

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs topped with butter and 3 slices of bacon, fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Creamy Mexican Chicken (except I'll use chicken thighs instead of breast)

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Ham and cheese omelette, fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Queso Soup

Thursday:
Breakfast: 3-egg omelette, breakfast sausage pattyfat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Lemon Roasted Chicken with Mashed cauliflower

Friday:
Breakfast: Keto Pancakes, fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Keto Pizza

Saturday:
Breakfast: Noatmeal, fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Mexican Meatloaf Steamed vegetables

Sunday:
Breakfast: 2, fat bomb teas (or Bullet Proof Coffees)
Lunch: Low Carb Chicken Fajita Soup
