Keto Taco Egg Roll Skillet

While eating my first ever Keto Egg Roll Skillet, I began to dream of all of the ways I could make this amazing recipe.

The first way I wanted to recreate Keto Egg Roll Skillet was taco-style.

Because I could basically eat taco anything every single day for the rest of my life and never get tired of it.

Now that I've had a serving of Keto Taco Egg Roll Skillet, I know I'll spend the rest of my days either eating it or dreaming of eating it.



Keto Taco Egg Roll Skillet

1 lb of ground beef
1 small onion diced
Several minced cloves of garlic
Taco seasoning - try this Keto one!

Brown meat in a skillet or pot with onion, garlic and seasoning. Add water as needed and simmer until meat is tender.

Remove from the pan, DO NOT DRAIN.

Return pot to the stove and add:

1 TB of coconut oil
1/2 Head of Cabbage shredded
1 tsp salt
1 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Sautee until soft, adding water as needed and simmer.

Add

3 green onions chopped
Handful of olives sliced

Stir and let simmer 10 more minutes.

Serve and top with shredded cheese, fresh, chopped tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole
