Macros differ from person to person, and you can determine what your macros should be by using the Keto Calculator here.
Now that you have your macros, you can start tracking your food to make sure you're staying within your limits and hitting your targets.
Think of it as your carbs are your limit, protein is your boundary, and fat is your goal.
I use My Fitness Pal to track my food.

Here is how you can set up My Fitness Pal to track your macros.
First you need to set up your macros for your diary.
Scroll all the way down and save your changes.
Take the information you just received from the Keto Calculator and input it as in the picture below.
Unless you upgrade and pay for My Fitness Pal, you can't put in the macro numbers exactly, only percentages, so you may need to play with this a bit to get it close. Close is just fine.
