Keto-Friendly Zuppa Toscana

This is one of my most favorite meals. It is so easy to make, and it's delicious!

Plus, it's great as leftovers, so make a HUGE pot!!

One more thing, if your family isn't Keto, you can still serve this them and they'll never know the difference!




1 lb Italian Sausage (View my recipe here)
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 head of cauliflower chopped
1/2 head of kale roughly chopped
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of Parmesean
1 cup of heavy whipping cream

Brown sausage and onion together.
Add broth, cauliflower and kale. Boil until tender. Remove from heat. Add Parmesean and cream. Return to heat until it barely begins to bubble (do not boil!)
