Week One Meal Plan

One of the things I've wanted to do is share my meal plans with you. I only eat two real meals a day since here we eat our biggest meal around 3pm. If I eat after that, it's usually something very small - like berries and cream.

So without further ado, here goes this week's meal plan

Monday - New Year's Day

Tuesday:

Breakfast: 3-egg omelette, breakfast sausage patty, fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Keto Tacos

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Egg McMuffin (on cloud bread), fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Zetoghetti (bolognese on a bed of zucchini noodles)

Thursday:
Breakfast: Sausage egg scramble, fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Keto Pizza
Friday:
Breakfast: Noatmeal, fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: Ham and Cauliflower Augratin - Recipe will be posted this week.

Saturday:
Breakfast: Taco Omlette, fat bomb tea (or Bullet Proof Coffee)
Lunch: BLT Salad with homemade ranch dressing - Posting recipe for this tomorrow

Sunday:
Breakfast: 2, fat bomb teas (or Bullet Proof Coffees)
Lunch: Chicken in Mushroom Sauce over steamed Cauliflower - Recipe will be posted this week
