Keto Egg Roll Skillet

Here is something I've wanted to try for a very long time....and finally did.

I took this recipe and altered it a bit for the ingredients I can get here....so my own recipe is below.

There is a reason why this is also called "Crack Slaw".

It is seriously so delicious, that you can't stop eating it. While this particular recipe is Asian, I plan to try a lot of variations of this recipe, and I'll post them here if I find they are as good as this one.

But here's the thing.

My husband isn't fond of Asian food, but loved this!



In a skillet, brown:

1 lb of ground meat
Several cloves of garlic
1 small onion
1/2 tsp of salt
pepper to taste.

Remove from skillet and set aside

In the same skillet, melt 1 TB of lard and add:

1/2 large cabbage shredded
1 TB of coconut oil
2 TB soy sauce
1 tsp ACV
1/2 tsp ginger
5 drops of stevia
1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes

Saute until cabbage is tender.
Add in the meat and stir well.
